FIELD NOTES
- This month's story from inside the Sittingsuits universe.
On April 23rd, Sittingsuits joined Hamlet Scenen at Kronborg Castle to celebrate William Shakespeare’s 461st birthday. The historic setting, known worldwide as the home of Hamlet, became the stage for something new — the beginning of a creative partnership between Hamlet Scenen, Birgitte Krüger, and Sittingsuits. This upcoming collaboration explores the meeting point between wearable design, contemporary art, and cultural legacy.
THE EVENT
Hosted by Hamlet Scenen, the celebration included a live opera performance by Joachim Knop, the presentation of the summer theatre season.A touch of royal magic was added by the presence of legendary Danish actress Ghita Nørby. Her connection to the theatre and cultural heritage at Kronborg runs deep, and her support means the world to us.
